What is your return policy?

Returns require Pre-Authorization.  Refund is available if merchandise is returned within 30 days of delivery.  There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned merchandise.

How will my order be shipped?

Shipping Method is UPS for all orders that fit UPS requirements for weight and size.  Large/Heavy orders will be shipped by TRUCK line.
